I saw that movie years ago and remember how it made a impression on me. When I saw it coming on TCM, I decided to record it. I haven't watched the movie yet, but I'm looking forward to seeing it. I was really young when I saw it the first time. Now at 65, I imagine it will affect me differently.

Edward Woodward was perfect for the role as the ghost of Christmas present. Handsome and generous, a larger than life figure, but still able to put Ebeneezer in his place with wit and honest observations of Scrooges faults.
