the trustee/personal representative has a fiduciary duty to sell it for the highest value possible. A good realtor can help determine how to best do that. Regarding settling, the document or laws of intestacy would dictate how to do that. Am I understanding?

Funny. Those are the two games I will attend. Boeing gave hubs a few tickets for Monday. I was a little disappointed to see that they aren't as good as my family's tickets. Oh well. It's a different vantage point 😄
