If there was any question about Trump and his allies calling for federal protections to be undone (like Roe v Wade) as a state's rights issue being bullshit, here we have "protection from state overreach" as thier latest move to pile horseshit on top of that.

At 8 weeks since the inauguration, Americans and refugees are under attack by the US government, federal agencies are in chaos, household costs are up, stocks are down, and the US is no longer viewed as a global leader. Who wants emergency do-over elections...today?

If I'm following this correctly, Musk can't do something that NASA has been able to for nearly 70 years, and his solution has been to reduce expert NASA staff and airspace regulators rather than admit that those agencies have value. Explain the genius of Musk again?

If a $5,000 per taxpayer refund on a $25,000 per payer (over 18 months) funding cut is the best thing DOGE can offer they need to quit immediately. The services and support that they are cutting are worth far more than that. www.forbes.com/sites/mollyb...

As I watched Senator John Kennedy defend Elon Musk and talk about how blessed we are to have someone so rich and intelligent rooting out wasteful spending on our behalf I feel like justice is now beyond our reach.

Since MAGA thinks that personal pronouns should not be clearly stated to express personal identity, should we randomize which ones we use for Trump, Musk, and the others? How many times would it take for Trump to publicly be referred to as "she" for pronouns to become important to them? 😃

Trump has aggressively worked to make people feel like the executive is unchecked. Is his plan to push some people to violence? Is that how he will justify that a sweeping emergency declaration is warranted? Emergency powers in the wrong hands are terrifying. www.brennancenter.org/our-work/res...
