This is a fantastic article. The vision of Apple Intelligence as private and personal is groundbreaking, or would be if they can pull it off. But no one has, likely because (just like the AirPower) it's just not possible with the hardware / LLMs that currently exist.

This is as true for educators as well as students. As educators, we have to rethink our assignments to assume students will use AI to help them, and so that students who simply ask AI to do the work (writing or thinking) for them will not be successful.
