Not really. I've normally struggled to get fizzy kombucha before, so I just placed it on the bathroom floor to speed it up (I live in a cold climate). I should!

Really mild as you said. A hint of cherries, and very refreshing. I brew about 6 liters with 3-400 grams of sugar.

Already bottled and consumed 😄 The cherries made it super fizzy

Three days out of 365 might be a small place to start, but these are the grains of sand that we’re moving into mountains, and I can’t wait to see how things grow and shape as we continue working to make change.
