Unfortunately I think we lose when we sacrifice ourselves. I think you'd need to add a Platinum Angel. I also wonder if Chaos Confetti wouldn't work better.

I think Dyfed deserves a card. She's such a significant figure in the history of the Magic multiverse, and I think the role she played in the origins of phyrexia has real potential to be expressed with some interesting mechanics.
