you know, I used to believe that old saying, "there are things money can't buy" was kinda bullshit, until I saw this guy. He *obviosuly* wishes to be loved and admired *so hard*, and he believes if he has *enough* millions he will get it, but he's unaware it just simply... doesn't work that way.

This also expresses in words why I like writers like Clive Barker or Gretchen Felker-Martin. In their books, queer desire is never commercialized; it can be wild, obsesssive, ugly, uplifting, transforming, raw, flithy, and many other things. It can be uncomfortable to read, but always fascinating.
