I haven't bought sugar in years. I prefer natural sugars like fruit and honey, which I used to have with my herbal tea until the mean doctor told me to stop, so now I only have coffee with sweeteners, Although, dirty chai latte is OK with sweeteners. Usually I hate them with tea.

Not tried keto or any other diet, but I do enjoy Mediterranean food.

I'm pre-diabetic, and the only other person I know of in my family is my late aunt, and she wasn't diagnosed until near he end of her life. I haven't really changed that much. First year after my diagnosis I got my number down, following year it had gone up a little.
