Interesting that it’s also kinda true about Mich State and the current Lions.

There are a lot of reputable dupes for the eames/ Herman miller lounge chair. You can get one that looks basically identical for $700. Still not cheap, but better than $6k

Imagine a grays anatomy prop master giving a real scalpel to an actor instead of a retractable blade prop, and they cut an actor’s artery. You’d give involuntary manslaughter to the actor?
March 30, 2025 at 3:22 AM
No, it does not. Involuntary manslaughter requires recklessness. You also wouldn’t consider his actions “likely” to cause death. It’s incredibly unlikely that a prop gun you’re handed by an armorer has a live round. Actors are not expected to be gun experts

Come on Hal, would you give manslaughter to Keanu reeves if the armorer put a live round in a gun on a wick set?

I thought the same, wouldn’t she want her last artistic work viewed and appreciated? The cinematography looks great in the trailer

Do you have any clue how many blanks are fired on a John Wick set? Do you expect Keanu Reeves to check each individual bullet to confirm they’re a blank.

With. A. Prop. Gun. Training isn’t required. That’s like making a grays anatomy actor go to med school. Pretend the prop master gave a real scalpel to an actor instead of a retractable blade prop and they cut an artery.

Short staffing does not impact the armorer bringing live ammo to set. There may be negligence by him as a producer, but that’d be a lawsuit against the production co, not a murder or manslaughter charge specifically against him.

It what world is the armorer not the sole responsible party?

There’s also the perspective that her art and work should be shown and appreciated. It’s a tragedy, but wouldn’t she want it released?

Got the w though!

Ya know what, I think I’d believe it
