Many of them depend significantly on the quality of the execution. If you throw together a knight costume in 20 minutes from stuff you have at home, it will be really bad. But if you go raid a Medieval Time wardrobe and borrow the horse, that might be #1.

You're not wrong that it can be done. They just would have had to change fundamental things about the way to app works.

Looking for the actual data that is based on to know for sure and this is not exactly the same metric, but does show Wisconsin as below average, but not at the bottom in terms of not speaking English at home
