This imbalance I call the Don Revie Syndrome in reference to his time as coach of England.

No surprise. In a way, I pity Postecoglou. It's not his fault people hire him, though he does talk a good game, talk himself up. He's simply not good enough for this level. His time at Spurs proved that. No mitigating circumstances justify losing 22 PL games in one season.
