I've been enjoying the audio version. I like dipping in to learn more about the relatively obscure kings and Queens. It also offers me useful context when I'm writing up a family history.

Check out Genopro. It allows all sorts of mapping of relationships so it might have the features you're looking for. It uses its own file format but it looks like someone has developed a GEDCOM importer. Worth a look I think.

Flexible working is a clear statement of trust between manager and team member in the workplace. In my view, it could only be bad if that trust is then undermined from one side or the other.

Thomas - born 1905, orphaned 1914, shipped to Canada 1916 where he wrote a letter to a English friend. It wasn't addressed so they filed it away. In 2006, I discovered that his "Home Children Orphan" file still existed. When we got the file, it contained including the 88 year old penciled letter!
