That’s what I suspected as I remember that look. Sydney brought a ball back to us only once as a puppy. After that, it was “you threw it, you go get”. Like Emerson, she demanded to be chased😀

Does he require you to throw his ball or chase him while he has his ball during this “adjustment” period?🤣

Sydney’s desire to be a schnauzer leaf vacuum negated our daily attempts at combing & brushing her beard. Plus, she’d wake up with the craziest “bed head” effects to her beard each day. Nice to see how a schnauzer beard could & should look as we rarely saw it.😄

I couldn’t resist his charm and would have to turn off the burners and sit on the floor to play with or pet Emerson. Sydney used to appear out of nowhere like this always offering to serve as our taste taster.😊
