This community is south of Tucson, AZ. It is a beautiful are and filled with families. The devices were placed in parks that are filled with children and parents on a daily basis. This is just evil. My theory: it is either racists, really stupid teens or racist teens.

These are my rescues, Denver and Razz. Sadly Denver has passed due to diabetes complications. Razz is now a 20 lb terrorist who thinks I owe him fealty.
