So how does the @churchofengland.org & Exeter of Diocese respond to someone who is A Church Warden and pursuing their vocation of LLM after 6 years of practical support with my Vicar etc, with training when my working pattern changed and Saturdays were no longer free ? 1/

I have for 6 years been practically doing the thing a LLM (Licensed Lay Minister) would do under supervision from other Readers (LLMs) and my Vicar. Im also the Church Warden and work full time as I'm 37, I started the formal LLM Training several months ago 1/
