3. I have a growing interest in indigenous ecosophy, and I think this perspective (the more I learn about it) has helped me understand the philosophy of reciprocity with the environment as an independent agent as opposed to dead material. Checking out some eco-anarchist stuff might be fun, too.

Firms may also prepare for sudden shifts in demand by A) producing excess products for inventory and B) overtime work. The problem with A is that reserves can only be used once in response to demand fluctuation. B is not desirable because of the greater cost and stress on machines.
