One way to do this is a multilevel bayesian model. Your analysis extrapolates the relation into a 'distant' future you have no data for, in the case of Spain. However, you do have data of what the future looks like in other countries. With a multilevel model you can use it, and also get CIs.

Have you considered pooling data from multiple countries to estimate the country-level parameters?
