Still practising faces. Had a very cute looking reference for this one, and after some one-to-one copies and studies I tried this, with a different angle and expression than the reference.
I feel like I learned a lot 😊

I'm really bad at faces. I feel like it's holding me back a lot, so I've been spending my time practising those.
Currently doing some manga style stuff, like the example below.
First one I tried to stay as close to a reference picture I found online, second one I tried to change things up a bit.

Had an idea, started sketching, didn't know what to do with my arms and started working on the dress more instead..
And that's how I end up with strange progress states, haha xD

Managed the legs a little better here.
Mostly I'm happy with the dress, though 😊

Been struggling with legs and feet from certain angles (example in the picture) if not in general.
I guess I should spend some time trying to get a handle on that 😳

Had a bit of a rough week and didn't get much done.
So here's an older attempt of mine to draw a friend's FFXIV character. 😅

This was inspired by a tabletop rpg group with friends, one of the characters there.
Supposed to be an emo-leaning teenager with shadow powers. 🖤

So, after a couple of months doodling semi-regularly, I managed to make this.
I was pretty happy with a face I made for the first time, and tried to color it, which also turned out pretty ok I think!
