We have "Craig Aderyn" near us (Bird Rock) which is home to a colony of cormorants and red-billed choughs amongst others. Cormorants usually nest on cliffs on the coast but this is inland. Apparently it was on the coast many centuries ago but the seas subsided yet the birds still return.

I don't understand why so many farmers that it wouldn't affect at all are so upset - they don't seem to understand it. Maybe they all just love Jeremy fucking Clarkson
