Dubbed the Buhay na Bantayog project, it's goal is to provide new facilities and improve on existing exhibits found at the location. Provided for via donations from QC mayor Joy Belmonte, they plan to open the memorial's new infrastructures by November 30; Bonifacio day.

This refers to the recent public outcry of misused public funds of critical flood control infrastructure projects all around the country, exacerbating the capacity of the country to withstand the recent wave of Typhoons. The Trillion Peso March in the People Power Monument particularly tackled this.

Pumping stations are vital components to the country's fight against flooding as it manages the sewage system's capacity to move liquids and debris where gravity flow cannot work sufficiently or is impossible. As such, they prevent overflow of which is a common problem in both rural and urban areas.

Marcos Jr. recalls his most recent SONA, wherein he ordered the DPWH to publish projects of the aforementioned flood control construction sites in a website, dubbed "Sumbong sa Pangulo", available for the public to see. He also adds that they are open to suggestions regarding the website itself.
