i feel horrible for her, but also horrified for myself, what if she heals and come back with a vengeance? what if a ragtag group of bees join her to and form a hive in the floor? what if bees target me because they know what i did?

tl;dr i lethally injured a bee i tried to save and i’m paranoid

i was opening and closing the door hoping that i could at least salvage her corpse

but “thought” is the key word there; worse yet the poor thing was still alive, and still limping around

i ran to get the cup again but by the time i got back, she already crawled into a crack under the floor to die

i guess being able to gently put her in a cup gave me a bit too much confidence

i was humbled EXTREMELY quickly when i crushed her with the door

i saw her squished abdomen in that little bristly part, and i was heartbroken

i thought i killed her
