I’m not sure what you mean by “ballot voting” since every vote is cast using a ballot. I think you mean mail voting, which I’m 100% in favour of.

There was too much at stake in this election to not vote. Most states have early voting (only two don’t). No excuses.

A vote that isn’t cast can’t be counted. Period. I am no fan of the electoral college, but the folks who don’t vote because they “think” their vote doesn’t count, guarantee their vote doesn’t count.
