The locals can’t stand it! I remember it being built on the opposite side of town (now city) to the railway station!

🤦🏼♀️ totally right Alf! Medication taking requires a conversation! (Maybe 2 conversations) If I know what the medication is for, why it’s important that I take it, I understand how to take it (eg thyroxine in the morning 30 minutes before food AND caffeine),I’m able to take it,I know about side effects

Yep all that talk! I’ve been doing some work with Bridges Selfmanagement. We talk about collective efficacy and how that can support people. I now go cycling once a week with a group on adaptive cycles with Experience Community. It’s a really inclusive group with people from a range of backgrounds

It’s hard to talk about mental health.. easy to say well done for doing a run! If you are running maybe you are coming into the light again? As are we all, I noticed it being less dark yesterday… I’m looking forward to seeing snowdrops! What about you? And cycling today at Leeds Urban Bike Park!
