Oof! I have noticed the same thing in the past few years. I found a few videos for exercises and they help until I stop doing them and get achy again.

Hubby got this a few months ago. Apparently it is some sort of 5 star rating scam from what we could figure out by searching the internet about unwanted Amazon deliveries.

I found a heavy bottom pan is better with flatbread. Got myself a cast iron skillet and my naan was a lot better or at least it was easier to control the heat. Makes better pancakes too!
