By pure coincidence, I started posting on here, yesterday, though I created this account a year ago. Your mention of "First long term job was with a pbm gaming company" in that reply to another came up in my search for "play by mail." I remembered your name from calls and from the HW credits page.

Everyone that played Hyborian War likely had their favorite person at RSI that they preferred to deal with. I recall you always being patient with me, a consummate professional. Then one day, your voice was on the other end of the phone no more. I'm just one person, but know that you were missed.

You were great. PBM players had (and still have) a tendency to get all wrapped up in their favorite play by mail games, and their capacity to get on the nerves and to test the patience of those at PBM companies that answer the phones or check the company's e-mails is notoriously well known.
