be dead center; only a very strange people would put it to the right, so I'm confident this is not in the US of A, although the bars on the lower windows do speak to a quality of life we are familiar with.

Well, going door-to-door I see red and blue, plus white shutters, plus various earthy tones in the stone itself, but I'm sticking with red, white, and blue, which are used in plenty of flags, not just the one. A website tells me that the US, France, Russia, and North Korea, among many others, use
