A SCOTUSBlogger was on NPR this morning and I was shocked by how little push back there was in their commentary about independent agencies.

I don't even understand what it is intended to measure. Any person that would have issues with the walk is likely too severe to even participate in a trial.

Maybe not a fair comparison but coming away from the Stanford ME Symposium last week and this event was almost night and day.
