Yes, it's the compromise because we're never escaping the for-profit insurance plan and we need a better way. So, if the gov sponsored individuals partaking in a community plan it would cost them less than ACA

If we allowed citizens to form insured groups within their communities people could get good coverage reasonably priced.
Show up with 150 people and get a plan designed for your group.
But here's the rub, the states stop this not th insurers.

America has created the wealth it has because of its capitalist nature. There is a good balance here, it's not pure socialist. It's individual groups. Groups, like big corporations, minimize the risk of the insurers and gain good coverage at a reasonable price. /1
