Bonneville Power Administration provides power to the Pacific Northwest. It is currently being "eviscerate" as one employee told me. With the GSA cards basically cancelled they cannot buy gas to drive out & maintain the transmission lines rights-of-way or facilities. www.opb.org/article/2025...
