I schedule buses in #yeg. Born & raised Haligonian. Transit, video game, wrestling, & miscellaneous nerd. Opinions are my own
At YYC? Last time I went through in December, customs alone took hours. That’s saying something about Canadian travel as a whole.

I was wondering when Mario’s Picross was coming to NSO. The Super Famicom version remains my most played NSO title.

Fingers crossed for a much higher turnout and Ford not winning a supermajority.

There are scramble intersections in Downtown Edmonton on 4+ lane streets, including right in front of Rogers Place. I don’t see congestion around any of them. They work. Halifax could use a few Downtown. 2 lane streets would require less pedestrian time so even less of a so-called “delay”

It’s a nice feeling. This game does a nice job of constantly letting you learn new things

I doubt the province would push back if HRM did reduce residential limits to 40km/h. It made a huge difference here in Edmonton and as a driver, I’ve barely noticed the difference between 50 & 40.

Uncle Derek is the cool uncle. This is another example why.

Buses are equipped with a form of brake assist that kicks in once the driver lets off the gas. This can be subtle or jerky depending on the equipment.

The events with Garl in Sea of Stars. That was an amazing bit of storytelling.

Stick to standard (winter) time would be my preference. The other option was tried in 1974 & repealed a year later.

Attracting qualified crew is difficult at the best of times. Better wages would help greatly in that department as well as consulting with existing staff/ATU508 to do something about the many challenges of the job.

Buy our wood or get stranded for 2 days! Now that’s a sales pitch.

The plebiscite law here practically encourages rural Alberta to repeal anything that allows municipalities to show support for rainbow causes. Within a year, I’m sure another small town will attempt this crap with a 10% petition.

My sons asked me to take pictures when we drove by the Tesla dealership in Edmonton. I don’t care what they think, they’re ugly pedestrian killers to me.

1 in 30 is just people who admit it. I would not be shocked if the real number was closer to 15

I don’t want to hear any promises from TH about reducing traffic if that’s what he’s pushing.
