the main boss would prolly the two plushies my sister made for me (which are my profile pic), and they would have a bickering siblings dynamic, where one would be in charge of drawing, the other in charge of the videogames and they'd argue alll day about which one's better.

my bedroom and the games room would be the most fitting place tbh, it's the two places i spend most of my time in. It would be all based around drawings, video games and all sorts of arts and crafts stuff, which would involve a lot of puzzles and some sort of gartic phone mini game bcs i like gartic
