Well as I remember from Biology our bodies are actually built to run on carbs, and when we just eat protein the conversion processes extra effort to get energy, create lots of waste our bodies have to then filter, like poisonous toxic stuff, called Protein poisoning.

I need Rinvoq for my hives and other issues so no longer can partake of it. It had Black box warning about taking any NSAID 'will' cause gastro blockage not 'may' lol. at least with 'may' can look into the pain treatment lottery stats.. but the 'will' camp just takes all the research and hope away.

I was always under assumption so many elevators don't even record (either due to fake camera or only live cctv) or even keep footage more than a day or two over-writing that same VHS tape from 1986 over and over, or what they do keep, is nicely 480i highly compressed. blocky 'Enhance' meme crap :)
