Be careful of products being labelled 'plant-based' as there have been instances of those still containing animal products like honey & goats milk 😩 Always check the label to be sure 🌱🐰💚

When it comes to ultra-processed confectionary, cakes, biscuits and so on - having a long shelf life is not necessarily a positive thing 😩

Foods with a long shelf life that are good for your health would be foods like beans, lentils, legumes 🫘

A Reddit user has claimed they were paid by a meat industry trade group to undermine veganism on social media.

The user claims they were paid $17 an hour for the work. They add that the role did not feel worthwhile and that they left the position shortly after starting.
