The City of Toronto is planning to open up 20 new shelter sites by 2033. In-person community consultations will be held next week in Scarborough and Etobicoke around two of these sites. This is a great opportunity to show your support.

Ontario is in a housing crisis. More provincial funding is urgently needed. It’s not enough to simply increase housing supply. Weakening rent controls have allowed rents to rise dramatically, putting tenants at increased risk. www.socialplanningtoronto.org/ontario_elec...
