Just a man who likes to plan and can live without the ridiculousness.
Katz’s is for tourists. 2nd Avenue Deli is for real.

Enjoy your country without judges but where bureaucrats reign supreme.

Even when I’m trying to make peace, you blow it. Rich is not a verb in that sentence.

Meantime, keep fantasizing about days without trials or juries. That tells us a lot about you.

What link would show I don’t use a parking space at work?

But if you’d like the seminal work on parking science, here you go: www.parking.net/parking-lite...

And don’t call me Rich. :)

Again, empirical evidence contradicts your opinion-based statements.

30 years in the profession. Conclusions based on in-depth technical analysis and best practices documented by the American Planning Association.

Aside from seeing a fight about parking decades again, got any evidence for us?

Please tell us you believe your Musk example from “Texas” is in Houston.

You said the only ones who want to eliminate min. parking reqs are developers. I proved that wasn’t true. You said I benefit from them for my commute. I proved that wasn’t true. Now you say the bus isn’t all things to all people. Lots of people live car free in lots of cities. Maybe time to rethink?

I’m expecting you’ll now say: people need those parking spaces, how can you not require them?

Downtown Houston has no minimum parking requirements and has more than 40,000 unused spaces at its peak time. How would a government mandate for spaces have improved this situation?
