Imagine a world where climate criminals can’t buy their way out of accountability. Where war profiteers actually face consequences. Where mega-surveillance is shut down, not rewarded.

The corporate death penalty is more than some legal theory. It’s powerful. It’s possible. Enron proved it. We just need to demand it—for companies fueling climate chaos and war.

These are repeat offenders. Not “one mistake” companies. Systematic abusers. So why NOT pull the plug?

Courts could shut these corporations down. Dissolve them. Sell off assets. Ban their leaders from industry. This isn’t radical—it’s self-defense for humanity and the planet.

Look at Enron. The biggest energy fraud of our time. They lied, cheated, destroyed lives, milked the system, and finally—got shut down for good. No more “bad apples.” Enron was rotten to its core. Straight to compost.

Through vehicles like Valar Ventures and companies like Palantir, Thiel aims to make his dystopian business plans a reality.

It's up to us to stop him, with a mass movement that takes aim at Palantir's overinflated valuation and Thiel's public reputation.

A long-standing backer of authoritarian ideas, it’s no surprise Theil was an early donor to the political careers of Trump and JD Vance.

Now, between Palantir's massive government contracts and Trump's assaults on democracy, he's getting a handsome return on his investment.

Here’s another thing to know about Theil: decades ago, he stated that he "no longer believes that freedom and democracy are compatible." More recently, he demurred and deflected when asked in a New York Times interview whether he wished to see the human race "endure."

In NYC we’re rallying at Valar Ventures – one of Peter Thiel's venture capital firms, into which collaborator JEFFERY EPSTEIN (yes that one) invested $40 million. That investment is now worth nearly $170 million, and is the largest asset still held by Epstein's estate.

‎It’s the company that’s:

‎٠Enabling ICE to locate and kidnap immigrants.

‎٠Helping the Israeli military automate its "Kill Chain" in Gaza.

‎٠Building a mega-database for Trump containing your private personal information.

Kathy Hochul (who by the way is up for reelection next year) should know, we’re in a climate fucking emergency.

No more pipelines. No more fossil fuel projects in NY. And definitely no bargaining with Trump.

This project also involves a major on land pipeline extension in NJ and a new compressor station right near homes and a Buddhist Temple.

Compressor stations can cause major health effects from their regular release of gas right into the air to regulate pressure.

If Trump has his way this underwater pipeline would be drilled off the coast of Brooklyn right along our city’s beaches.

Why? So Trump’s pals in the fossil fuel industry can pipe more and more gas into New York.
