The ACA requires insurance cos to cover preventative medicine (services/testing) so we stay healthier & prevent/treat illness in the early stages & save lives & money. This leads to a healthier & more productive society while saving $.

They talk about the subsidy to make health insurance affordable but that isn't the whole picture: the amt of subsidy is driven by income - the more income, the less subsidy - so the biggest increases now go to the folks making the least $. + Most insurance plans have increased copays & deds!

Nat'l Guard was at the June No Kings protest in League City. It was held at the police station & the Guard was on the rooftops & standing with police. Although it felt a bit unnerving, I wasn't worried that anyone would try to run us over.

The Charlie Kirk hit could have been the same, had the shooter wanted to hurt everyone. I am grateful he only wanted to hurt 1 guy (& he had good aim).

The shooter could have shot many people and did not. He fired 1 shot & injured 1 person.
