I did my first attempt at a sourdough loaf! Accidentally skipped the bulk ferment, but it does taste good. Bit of a stomachache, but I'm hoping it's just because I'm not used to sourdough, or I just undercooked it.

Just felt like sharing my recent bread :)

The shape is always a tad funky, but this feels like the first time my scoring looks somewhat decent. Now I just need it to cool down for my breakfast. #bread #ilovebreadsomuch
