I found something that made life worth living, and I have to watch it be run to the ground, just like every other modern television show, each in their own way.

I’d happily wait a lifetime of it meant getting a proper s3 of good omens.

studying to go into this industry, it’s so painful to see studios make bad choices when the story, and community it fostered, can still be saved

But since filming starts in January, it’s too late for any of that, and I can only sit back and accept that everything I’ve looked forward to, like s3–

SOLELY because of how Amazon axed it. (I’ve already processed the hurt I felt from the author being a bad person) (this hurt is new)

Or hell, delay the thing a year or two and have someone from the Pratchett estate write s3 and film it with no involvement from Neil at all.

detach his name from the franchise, unfortunately, and if the ending (that was also Terry Pratchett’s ending) was written, I just don’t think it makes any sense to whittle it down to 90 minutes. I used to rewatch s1 and s2 regularly, but I haven’t been able to do that because s2 hurts too much—

Pratchett estate or smthn do the editing, and then have zero involvement from Gaiman from then on. The content was already written. I understand it’s more time and money into something made by someone that not a good person, but he willingly stepped back. He wouldn’t be showrunner. We can’t ever—
