Mint 1 due to todo winning everything over the past months
Bucket 3 due to losing to mint and sblast and mini/kpro dealing with it reasonably well
Splash could be in its own tier below stamper
Pen + any 2 top tier guns should allow any weapon in the tier below to function

For each weapon ranking just pick which kit you think is best. Obviously rapid/96 vac isn’t A and mini has 3 playable kits. Use your intuition
