Loud audio is currently manual only, so somebody must report using the Report → Other option.
In the future, a call will be made for artists to voluntarily help with training a classificator for more accurate automatic labeling of eyestrain images (with attribution).

You can always report something you see may fit under one of the labels here by using the reporting reason "Other" while subscribed to the labeler; the other options won't show PKFlash on the list!

Lastly I'd like to mention that right now I ( @glitchypsi.xyz ) am the only one being able to do anything about the labeler and its reports. If you'd like to help and aren't sensitive to eyestrain or strobing videos, please shoot me a message!

Another is that the filtering for selftagging has been relaxed and there may be more false positives as a result. Still pending a way to automate automatic detection, so in the meantime, if you have a wrongly applied label, make sure to report!
