Let me rephrase that... do you ever view graph genomes / pan genomes in a genome browser? Genespace looks like it has some functionality but it looks like UCSC's Genome Graphs refers to something different:

Do you know if any genome browsers currently support human scale graph genome visualizations? Or if not, then smaller ones?

Apologies for the silly question but is there more to a pangenome beyond a clustering / tree of genes or proteins? I was looking at this tutorial and couldn't really tell:
