We are always told to love our families. Well, I can’t agree with that. If she wasn’t my sister I would of had nothing to do with I am trying to find empathy now she is diagnosed with untreatable cancer

Short vent. If you tell someone you are there to help just ask. Mean it. Some of us really rely on help because we need it. Then when we ask I get a not right now or other reasons why not. It hurts.
