Can't even access safe mode? But you can boot to Bios
.. do you have another hard drive or solid state drive, or hell, even a thumb drive on standby? Might be able to get a copy of windows onto that to boot up.

Exactly the same reasons I came here. I deleted my Twitter account once Elon was messing around in The White House, and the entire website just became unusable. I dont think I've ever been happier to leave. Its not perfect by any means, but I vastly prefer it here.
