My mental health is not totally in the bin, but it is hanging around the bin. It's better than previous years, which is a positive step forward. But fuck me, I'm glad I can get myself out of the rubble and feel terribly for those stuck in this feeling.

Had someone speak poorly of me today to another person I am close with. I have accepted it to a point, and not really that bothered.... although my mind is tracing unnecessary steps to understand why.

Have I complained about Spoify on here? Prices go up for premium and consistently it stops. What is the point of a paid service when it performs so poorly. Bring back Walkmans.

Got angry at a lady because she took her dog to the dog park and her dog is aggressive so she told me to take my dog away.
Now I am sitting here thinking, she just wants her dog to enjoy the park safely even if it is aggressive/scared.
