I can’t believe no one recommended two local breakfast institutions, Wild Eggs and Con Huevos.

And there is no shortage of good coffee, but my favorite is Sunergos in St. Matthews.

Louisville is a great food city though and I’m sure you will have some great meals!

Some have been repurposed into Art-o-Mats! en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Art-o-mat

There’s one in the NPG in DC I like to hit up. Super bummed I forgot cash last time I was there.

I wonder if this will blow up in their face because Columbia’s reputation is now so tarnished a degree from them will be viewed as suspect? Fairly certain that didn’t happen to any universities under the original implementation of affirmative action.

Have you seen ASCE’s Infrastructure Report Card before? Apparently some things are getting better, but America is still a C student

King/Cameron/Daingerfield/Diagonal by King St Metro

Terrible as a pedestrian and bicyclist, frustrating for a car or bus. Offensive because there was a chance to make it better when the transit hub went in.

Also how common markets are! Normalize having smaller markets in more places so it’s easier to get there walking and biking and you’re guaranteed to pass one whenever you’re out.

Next time you’re there, as a fellow vegetable lover, check out Pristine. This was our favorite meal in Paris and was so much vegetable goodness.

I just went to Paris for the first time this month and the blood oranges were amazing. From Spain, but the fruit and veggie stands were amazing and everywhere and I can’t wait to go back and eat so many more fruits and veggies!

We’re in the same situation, we could add 40% of a second story. Might be okay for an office, but it’d be nice to have the full floor

The Wikipedia article on FAR has a nice section on criticisms of its use! en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Floor_a...
