Even while today will be 21 degrees we’ll go for some (indoor) skiing. It is one of the sports i’m able to do (for 30-40mins #pacing) and it seems my body gets used to it.. #longcovid life

It’s so easy to overshoot yourself when you do something you love. Went skiing today and it felt great, all signals were green but still i did too much and remain in bed for the remainder of the day. Still i’m proud. Its part of living with #astma #longcovid

Working with wood really can put your mind in a relaxing state

I started a new nontech project. Want to build this 1:100 wooden model of a chinese pirate junk. Getting closer to planking the hull..
