I post energy generation statistics for PJM (the electrical interconnection for the PA/NJ/MD/OH/DC area).

I'm not affiliated with PJM.

It's a little hard to see in these graphs but nuclear generation at susquehanna has returned to about normal. If we zoom in on total nuclear generation, you can see it (note that the Y axis does not start at zero so we can see the detail).

The NRC status page didn't update today though. :(

Susquehanna unit 2 remained offline yesterday (and was still offline as of this morning). Today's peak of 93.1-ish GW is fairly low compared to summer peaks in the 150GW range, so no major effects from the shutdown.

From 18:00 to 19:00, the marginal electricity price jumped from $53 to $126 yesterday. In contrast, the previous day it actually dropped from $115 to $62 during the same time - may or may not be reflective of losing a few gigawatts of production.

This is an interesting one: You can see nuclear power production dropping on 10/28 just after 18:00 eastern.

This occurred because of a full reactor scram on Susquehanna Unit 2 at 19:04 EDT:

(Cause still being investigated)
