This is ideal for students who want to graduate from their MSc programme with significant teaching experience and an additional, internationally recognised qualification, alongside full-body dissection, in-depth study of clinical anatomy and independent research experience.

From 2024, we introduced 2 modules which provide students with the guidance, support and teaching opportunities to become accredited as an Advance HE Associate Fellow (AFHEA), or, if both accredited modules are completed, Fellow (FHEA).

Most students on both programmes have typically gained experience as demonstrators in anatomy practicals for MBBS and other undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, using this experience to be accredited by Advance HE as Associate Fellows and use the post-nominals AFHEA.
