In my early 20s I had a wardrobe in my bedroom with a mirror door. It had swung open while I was on a night out. Came in, opened the bedroom door and came face to face with what I thought, in my drunken state, was an intruder. Instantly went into fight/flight mode and nearly smashed the mirror...

Made this mistake once in an open plan office. The open plan office was mightily amused.

I thought it was Frank Nitti from The Untouchables. Before he was thrown off a roof, obviously.

I know what you mean. It's like having a bag of shelled pistachios - too much of a good thing all at once. That's my analogy and I'm sticking with it.

Failing that Chris Barker has done similar things I think.

They got the Steely Dan t-shirts after all. (Really love the way he sings "coup de grace" in that song)

Yes, Steely Dan Aja. And I'm British - Sam is pretty big over here.

Aja is amazing. As is Sam Fender. Big fan.

They're a band I've known for a long time but just not the really deep cuts. It's all brilliant.

Probably my favourite ever review. Also fun is Peter Bradshaw's takedown of Ang Lee's Hulk - not as good as Deacon's, but you have to admire his commitment to the bit.

Let's not forget the hilarious "Dickens Cider". Not sure Noel's mental age is old enough to let him drink in his own pub.

It's not "Norway", it's a Norwegian fuel company. As they say in the article, they're a private limited company and they choose their own customers.

I remember reading a piece a few years back about R.E.M. going out on tour and Michael Stipe having to pop into music shops to buy sheet music, because he wasn't able to remember his lyrics. I wonder how accurate they were?
